Για πρωινό ή για ενδιάμεσο σνακ ή ακόμα για τη γνωστή λιγούρα για κάτι γλυκό, είναι ότι πρέπει.

Θα χρειαστείς:

  • 3-4 κ.σ. γιαούρτι στραγγιστό χαμηλών λιπαρών
  • 1 κ.γ. chia seeds
  • 4-5 μαύρα μούρα βιολογικά
  • 1 κ.σ φιστίκια αιγίνης
  • 1 κ.σ. σταγόνες μαύρης σοκολάτας
  • 1 κ.σ. flakes αμυγδάλου
  • 2 κ.γ. μέλι

I really like to enjoy Greek yogurt with berries and nuts as a topping! Try it for breakfast or snack – instead of sugary sweet treats!

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 tbsp low fat greek strained yogurt
  • 1 handful pistachio nuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 4-5 organic blackberries
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 tsp honey

Enjoy!
